Am enjoying this game immensely - brilliant.
Just one question (and this applies to some other older games) how do I quit the game.
I've tried many keypresses without much success - the best way I've found is to run the lives down to zero (Game Over) so I can exit off the start screen but that can't be right!
As usual I've probably missed the obvious (i.e correct) method.
