Hi, i'm using your program and i am very pleased.

One thing thou, i cant seem to get the bitplanes right on some pics...
I've tried everything, but i cant seem to align the bitplanes in some .uss-files.
I have uploaded one from a demo here: <Klick>.

In the file there are a number of pics i cant rip.

If someone can describe for me how i must do it, step by step or at least in some more detailed way i be very greatful =)

    Best regards

Didn't have much time, but in Demos you will have data pretty much in VERY optimised and many times un-rippable way (as I found out lately). In this particular demo I could get some bitmaps out, but as you said they don't align properly. I did get some Sprites which are perfect... try these settings :

    Off: 291004 Siz: X:16 Y:512 Bit:2 Mode: SP
You will see the Lemon sprites smile.gif

Also you have a background graphics in ST-style format at :

    Off: 391678 Siz: X:336 Y:139 Bit:3 Mode: ST

There are loads more small graphics scattered around the memory including screenshots. Haven't had luck with palettes though.

    Size: Y:58
    Bit: 5
    Vis.X: 2
    Vis.Y: 9

Currently the development is "stalled" i.e. - don't have time to work on it. I tend to update it as I want to rip some interesting graphics and it won't let me ;-) But for now this is basically it...

    Best regards,

well at first couple of goes i thought it was wasnt even working at all and because the "x" close button was unavailable and i used task manager to close it i thought it was a suspicious item all together but after i read the read me and it said the qaws and arrow buttons did something and its quite a nifty little program. albeit not every file had graphics to view with it (and i havent tested the one i want yet because its stored in an akward place) and it doesnt throw up the map with all the baddies in their places but it does show exact pictures as the computer would draw them so very handy for making character models. for instace the game chain reaction... all the pics were in it and some of the dizzy type code masters had full screens. the one i want is r type and i will post what comes up for that when i hunt the file out of a dvd. to map it i hope to use an infinite lives poke i found (i have all the old spectrum magazines on dvd from a place called the tzx vault). but even if that works to help mapping this program will be a great help to have exact pictures of the individual ships and baddies. many thanks.
