This is my contribution to the remake movement: an MS Windows conversion of the great old Spectrum classic, Rebelstar.

So what does this involve? Currently the project is about 75% complete. It's a turn based tactical game controlling a motley team of units towards your side's obejctives.

It features:

  • From one to four players, any number of computer or human.
  • Line of sight and fog of war.
  • Intelligent computer players.
  • Event-driven scripting to allow for programmed story structures within the scenario.


But that's not all! The project also involves an editor sufficient to write and edit complete scenarios.

Load graphics, design maps, create units and objects and how they interact. Also use the easy to understand event editor to build up complex cause and effect structures.
